You open a search on Zillow the way you normally would. The extension reads every listing on it and collects the address, the price, the brokerage, and the listing contact: name, phone and email. It then exports the list to a Google Sheet in your own Drive, to Excel or to CSV.
An optional sending engine, installed inside your own spreadsheet, writes to those agents from your own Gmail address, follows up on your schedule, and stops the moment someone replies.
