Zillow Export & Agents Export & Email Sender - Email, Phone, Name

The short version. The listings and agent details you collect stay in your browser and in the Google Sheet you own. Emails are sent from your own Gmail account, never from our servers. We do not sell your data and we do not keep a copy of the agents you find.

What changed in this version. For rentals posted by an apartment building or a management company, the extension now also looks the property up by its street address on public property pages, and a building row can hold several agent addresses instead of one. Sections 04 and 07 say exactly what that means.

The only thing we store on our side is the email address of your Google account, so we know whether your subscription is active and how many of your 30 free listings you have used.

01Who this covers

This policy covers the Chrome extension “Zillow Export & Agents Export & Email Sender - Email, Phone, Name” and the Google Sheets sending engine it installs in your own Google account. Both are operated by Or Habusha, Eilat, Israel.

02What is collected, and where it lives

We never receive the contents of your mailbox, your contacts, or the agent list you build.

03Google account access

When you connect your Google account, the extension asks only for what it needs to do the job you asked for:

drive.file and Sheets access, limited to the spreadsheet and the letter-of-intent document that the extension itself creates for you.
openid and email, to read the address of the account you signed in with.
Gmail sending, used by the engine inside your own spreadsheet, so the offers leave your address and appear in your Sent folder.

Google user data obtained through these scopes is used only to provide the features described here. It is not transferred to anyone else, not used for advertising, and not used to train any model. You can disconnect at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

04Sites the extension contacts

zillow.com: the pages you open yourself, to read the listings shown on them.
dns.google: a technical check that an email domain accepts mail at all. Only the domain is sent, never a full address.
realtor.com and redfin.com: public property pages. Only the address of a listing you collected is sent, and only the contact details the page publishes are read. Nothing is sent about you.
The website a listing links to: off by default. The extension may open it only to read a public contact address, and only after you turn on "Open brokerage websites" in Settings, which Chrome asks you to allow.
googleapis.com: writing to your own Sheet and document.
Our licence server, a Google Apps Script endpoint, which receives your Google email address and the number of listings used.

05Payment

Payments are handled by PayPal. Card numbers and bank details are entered on PayPal's own pages and never reach us or the extension. We receive the subscription identifier, its status and the PayPal email address on the account, so an active subscription can be matched to the right user.

06How long it is kept

Licence records are kept while your account exists and for as long as tax records require after a subscription ends. Everything else lives in your own Google account and your own browser, under your control, and is deleted when you clear the extension's data or delete the spreadsheet.

07Your choices

Clear all collected rows from the extension at any time with Clear data.
Ask us to delete your licence record by writing to the address below. It is removed within 30 days.
Stop the sending engine from the extension or from the sheet menu; no further mail leaves your account.
Revoke the extension's access to your Google account from your Google security settings.
On a row that holds several agents from one building, remove any address you do not want to contact before you add the row to a campaign. One message goes to the addresses left on the row.

08Responsible use

The extension helps you reach real estate professionals about the properties they have publicly listed for sale or for rent. You are responsible for the content of your messages and for following the rules that apply where you and the recipient are, including CAN-SPAM in the United States. Every message carries your own mailing address and a working opt-out line, and an agent who replies with a removal request is added to an Opt Outs list that the engine never emails again.

A row for an apartment building can hold every agent who has an apartment listed there. They all receive the same single message and can see one another on it. Treat that like any other group email: write it as one message to the people listing at that address, and remove anyone you do not want on it before you send. An opt out from any one of them removes that address from every future message.

09Changes

If this policy changes, the effective date at the top changes with it, and any change that affects what is collected is announced in the extension before it takes effect.
